I worked with Isabelle Carter on this buying experience for our client. Before working with Isabelle and me, our client searched for a year for the perfect little condo located in the Geneva Lakes area. A few condos into the search, we found the one! Captivating; one word that describes this Lake Geneva gem. Edwards Blvd is a two-bed, two-bath, spacious hidden dream condo. That many descriptive words, really, Ally? YES. This condo from the entrance is meant to impress. As you walk in, you are greeted by a large walk-in coat closet, and as you head up the stairs, you get a sense of how light and airy it feels. I loved this unit because the walls weren't all cut at points, some were rounded, and some had beautiful moldings. What was unique about this home was the perfect nook for our client to write her book. Two balconies made for a plant/flower-friendly home, and the wooded back was perfect for privacy and calmness to the Lake Geneva summer rush. It was a pleasure working with Isabelle on this one, and I genuinely feel that the two of us made this process faster, more efficient, and less stressful for our client. Perhaps you'll see us both in the next blog post? It

End unit, stone's throw away from a golf course, and plenty of space for entertainment. 1615 was such a special listing/sale as I represented both the buyer and seller. What was so unique about this unit was the exterior; it was as if it was its own single-standing home with a side grand entrance. As you walk into the condo, you are met with stunning wood floors, an open concept floor plan, and an enormous amount of light. This home featured three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Each bathroom had its style, one more traditional where the other had a 4-foot concrete sink!-- it was epic and such an excellent idea. Geneva National has so much to offer-- 3 golf courses, pools, tennis court, parks, walking paths, and more. 1615's location is prime as it was steps from the extended private deck to the golf course, a short walk to the playground, and not too far from the pool and tennis courts. What more could you ask for? This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo is any golfer's dream. After turning off Highway 50 into Geneva National, you drive through the snake-like, colorful fall roads to "The Woodlands." 1617's owner had a great sense of interior warmness. From the minute you walk through the front door, you feel welcomed. The wood accents and all caramel-toned kitchen was perfect for hosting gatherings. Did I mention that 1617 is located right on 1 of the 3 Geneva National golf courses? The large deck was the perfect relaxation or dinner spot overlooking the course. Snow or Sun, 1617's location is meant for every season. Paths for snowshoeing, tennis courts, parks for the kids (or adults), and a superb pool. You may be asking yourself, why did the owner of 1617 want to move? She didn't! Another Woodland unit popped up that had one more bedroom, and the rest was history. She and her black lab love the extra space, security, and amenities Geneva National has to offer. Have you been to Geneva National? What do you love about it? |
