 Wow, was this a fun one! It's not every day that you can say you sold your parents home! 445 Forest was in fact my parents home. They made a big decision to take advantage of the market and sell their lovely 4 bed, 2 bath ranch home with lake rights.
445 Forest has great curb appeal with a soft grey/green exterior with white columned entrance and McCormack & Etten designed interior. The hardwood flooring, open concept and various tile made for a cozy atmosphere. As hard as it was for them to say goodbye to their home, the new owners are thrilled to spend the summer in Fontana!
