The "tree house"

Just in the nick of time to catch the last golden days of summer, my aunt bought what I lovingly call "the tree house."

This one was special. It is not every day you get to work with family, and it is even rarer when that family is your aunt and your Godmother.

The home itself is truly one of a kind. Modern where it counts, but still holding onto all the charm and character that only age can give a house. Tucked right into the heart of Fontana, in Glenwood Springs.

If you are not familiar, Glenwood Springs has the largest lake frontage of any association on Geneva Lake. Multiple swimming piers, boat piers, and buoys. Add in a short walk to the beach, Chuck's, Gordy's, incredible 'za from Little Bar, and ice cream from Blue Heaven, and you have yourself a true gem.

This was an unexpected sale, but one I will remember forever. When it feels right, go for it.
